How to Send a Campaign
Open Your Event
Go to Dashboard → Events → [Your Event] → Marketing → Email Blast. Your event must be published with at least one active ticket type.
Review AI-Generated Content
The AI writes your subject line and email body from your event details. Preview the email and edit if needed. Images are pulled from your event listing automatically.
Choose Targeting
Select Regional (geo-targeted to your venue area, 2.5¢/email) or Global (all opted-in users, 1¢/email). For regional blasts, set your radius (default 50 miles).
Send
Review the cost breakdown. Credits are applied automatically. Click Send Campaign. The blast is submitted for review and typically goes out within a few hours. AI optimizes send timing for maximum open rates.

Percentage of recipients who opened the email. Verified buyer campaigns average 30–40%.
Click Rate
Percentage who clicked through to your event page. Higher clicks mean stronger audience match.
Tickets Sold
Ticket purchases directly attributed to this email campaign. Tracked automatically by EveryEvent Washington.
Credits Used
How many blast credits were applied to this campaign, and your remaining credit balance.
Revenue from Campaign
Total ticket revenue generated from this email blast, shown alongside your other marketing channels.
Troubleshooting
Campaign stuck in review
All campaigns are reviewed before sending to ensure quality. This typically completes within a few hours. If it's been more than 24 hours, contact support.
Low recipient count
Regional blasts depend on verified buyer density near your venue. Try increasing the radius or switching to a global blast for online-friendly events.
Not enough credits
If your credit balance doesn't cover the campaign cost, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance before the blast is submitted. Credits are earned automatically from Amplify ticket fees.
I don't see Email Blast in my dashboard
Outbound email marketing is available on the Amplify plan only. If you're onSeva or Elevate, upgrade to Amplify to access this feature.
